Fashionable TV

As the nights get longer and the weather gets frosty.
After a long day of work, I turn to the latest TV series to get my fashion fix.

1. Scream Queens

Scream Queens is a brand new series about murders
that takes place at Wallace University.

The plot is not that gripping but there is plenty of fashion.
Especially Emma Robert's character ironically named Chanel,
wears incredible outfits throughout the episodes.

A definite watch for fashion lovers but it can't replace Gossip Girl.

2. House of DVF

House of DVF has started it's second series
to find an ambassador for Diane Von Furstenberg's brand.

The girls have different fashion tasks
throughout the show, personality clashes and drama.

Fun fashion show to watch.
My fav is Hanna Beth! Who is yours?

3. Fashion Bloggers

The second series of Fashion Bloggers
will be starting on E! very soon.

I didn't watch the whole of the first series,
which follows the fashionista's on their
fabulously interesting lives...

So I will be catching up on that!

4. Pretty Little Liars

Pretty Little Liars will be airing season seven soon.

A murder mystery series, which leaves you always guessing.
One thing that won't leave you confused about is the fashion
in the show. Aria, Emily, Spencer and Hanna all have
different styles and end up watching what their wearing.

So what will you be watching?

Salvatore Ferragamo SS16

Salvatore Ferragamo's collection was a classy affair.
Every piece was elegance personified.

Different textures like fur and patent black fabric
created a dimensional feel to the garments.

The beautiful looks were finished
with chic bright accessories.

My favourite look was the bright pink shoes
against a sophisticated black dress.

Light, relaxed capes, pretty ruffled dresses and lace up heels.
I was so inspired by this sophisticated collection.

I can't wait for Spring now.

Marni SS16

This morning Marni presented their
super cool Spring Summer collection.

Marni illustrated how to layer
in the hotter season.

The colour palette went from bright colours to
darker browns and black richer tones

Marni knows how to leave a mark at fashion week.
Uber cool layering for next season.

Armani SS16

Shades of pink were celebrated at Emporio Armani SS16.
Different colours and tones from coral, tangerine,
pretty pink and more dusky pinks were incorporated
into the line.

It was a fresh, young and smart but casual
collection from Mr Armani.

It was a feminine take on a city chic wardrobe
with shorts, drapey, relaxed fit trousers,  floaty tops,
gorgeous light dresses and super stylish jackets

This incredible presentation had an urban prettiness to it.
Pink is really the colour of Spring Summer 2016.

Blumarine SS16

Blumarine collection was all about sheer fabrics
that were beautifully hand embroidered.

The light sand colour jackets compliment
the intricate detail of the dresses.

The pretty floral design mixed with black fabrics
created a more edgy look.

This collection illustrates how to do relaxed pretty.
It is a more comfortable way to wear incredible feminine
dresses, which have a easy to them.

Layer an off white jacket and you have the perfect look.

Fendi SS16

Karl Lagerfeld showcased an Edwardian feel,
big sleeves and high neck.

Everything about this collection was incredible.
It was all about volume, whether in the sleeves
or jogger style trousers, which gave an edginess
and coolness to the look.

The block colour palette was to die for, from reds, corals,
whites to greens to blacks.

My favourite looks were the all black looks.
Especially the soft black leather trousers.

Fendi's shows us how to be edgy
with a hint of history.

Max Mara SS16

Max Mara's latest collection is
all about the stripes and stars.

The sea shore theme is clearly a follow on from
their Autumn Winter collection.

My favourite colour combination was
the white and beige..always so chic.

When high fashion and high seas meet to
create fashion forward looks..

Les Copains SS16

Les Copains sleek collection was
all about waist belts.

I loved how wearable all the pieces
were in this presentation.

Each look had a lot of
separates to create a modern vision
making it perfect for european weather,
which is not necessarily warm during Spring Summer.

The colour palette was mainly black & white with pops
of peach, floral detail and foil metallic green.

I better get my separates and black ribbon style belt
ready for next season.

Alberta Ferretti SS16

It is the first day of Milan Fashion Week and
Alberta Ferretti showcased a beautiful sahara desert
 inspired collection.

The caramels, whites, browns, khaki greens and mustards
against gold jewellery looked majestic.

The collection had silky shirt dresses, drapey khaki
jackets and one shoulder gowns.

I alway look forward to Alberta's vision,
which is to be an exotic, arab princess walking
through the sand sinking at her feet.

Joseph SS16

Joseph showed an incredible collection,
which was androgynous in places.

Tennis shoes with relaxed tailoring
looked effortlessly chic.

Knots adorned garments graced the catwalk
with trouser and dress lengths grazing just above the ankle.

Simplicity was key to the looks with a nod to
japanese style.

This collection was a personal favourite..love it!

Antonio Berardi SS16

Antonio Berardi's latest collection offers
something for all women, from chic tailoring to
billowing fabric trails on dresses and kimonos.

The mix of black & white with flashes of yellow, rose red
and powdery blues.

The intricate embroidery and metallic beading
was what made this beautiful collection, stand out.

The dresses, full of fluid layers, makes me love
Antonio's eye for detail even more.

Stunning show.

Array of Colour

Jonathan Saunders effortless Spring Summer 16 collection
was truly unique.

The zingy colours in the presentation
was inspired by a makeup palette.

The simplicity of the silhouettes were anything but,
according to Jonathan calling the bias cuts "a nightmare"

Jonathan showed us the ease of dressing
for next season.

Can't wait for the bright comfort.
